Inspection Process: All returned items will undergo testing by our technicians before an exchange or refund is considered. Please note that inspections cannot be done while you wait. Allow additional time for the inspection process, as it may take a few business days to complete.
Warranty Claims: Warranty claims will be evaluated based on the manufacturer's specifications. The manufacturer's decision is final. Please allow adequate time for the manufacturer to respond to any warranty inquiries.
Warranty Terms: All repairs and returns are covered under a carry-in warranty. Please note that any damage occurring during transport is not covered under warranty.
