Return Timeframe: Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.
Proof of Purchase: Items cannot be returned or exchanged without an original TAX invoice or TAX point of sale receipt (no quotes or Pro Forma Invoices accepted). A R250 ex VAT admin fee will be charged if the above is not received.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Collection Acknowledgement: Upon collection of any item, the customer is required to inspect the goods and sign confirming that the item/s are received in good physical order, free from any visible damage, scratches, dents, or cracks. No claims for such physical damage will be accepted after collection has been signed for.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns on cut cables, special order items, or custom-built items.
Warranty Terms: All repairs and returns are covered under a carry-in warranty. Please note that physical damage (including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or marking of any kind) and any damage caused during transportation or handling by the customer or any third party is not covered.
Shipping Costs: All return-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Inspection Process: All returned items will undergo testing by our technicians before an exchange or refund is considered. Please note that inspections cannot be done while you wait. Allow additional time for the inspection process, as it may take a few business days to complete.
Warranty Claims: Warranty claims will be evaluated based on the manufacturer's specifications. The manufacturer's decision is final. Please allow sufficient time for warranty claims to suppliers, as a replacement unit may need to be shipped to us.
Payment Terms: Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards for any transactions. Should payment be made by cash deposit into our account, a 2.5% handling fee will apply. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
